Instead of exposing investors to the risk of an individual project's failure, we spread investments across multiple real estate related investments leading to spreading the opportunity across several projects, offering security and transparency.

Our Process

We are able to offer investors high returns that are stable and consistent. We fund developments through mezzanine or pref equity funding, which is then paid back with interest. Investor returns are factored into the interest payments with the surplus retained in Monthly Baron. Simple!
